CLEVELAND OHIO: Logan Paul and Seth Rollins previously fought at WrestleMania 39, with KSI also making a cameo. However, the match ended with Rollins defeating Paul. However, Rollins' subsequent appearance as a guest on Paul's 'Impaulsive' podcast indicated that the two were friends.
Rollins and Paul's feud began during the Men's 2023 Royal Rumble match, in which the Maverick defeated Rollins. The feud between the two became worse after Paul cost Rollins the US Championship during the Men's Elimination Chamber match a month later. Despite feuding in the past, Rollins, also known as SmackDown's Savior, expressed why KSI and former rival Paul gained his respect.
'We’ll be professional'
On the 'Impaulsive' podcast, Rollins explained why KSI and Paul gained his respect despite their feud in the past. Rollins remarked, “I have to be honest with you, I was a bit skeptical about your venture into WWE."
Rollins continued, "The hard work that you put forth leading into WrestleMania and the effort that you, you, and KSI really put forth during the contest itself, there’s a level of respect that comes with that. You know, there’s a level of respect when you get in there and tango with anybody in WrestleMania on a stage like that, there’s a level of respect that, so, I’m with you."
However, Rollins advised Paul not to come for his World Heavyweight championship title. “We’ll be professional here and just don’t come anywhere near the World Heavyweight Title,“ he concluded.
What in store for Seth Rollins and Logan Paul?
Rollins will face Finn Balor at the WWE SummerSlam 2023, where the former will defend his World Heavyweight Championship. Paul, on the other hand, is ready to face off against Ricochet. On July 24, Paul will be seen on Monday Night Raw. A Twitter user annouced, "NEXT MONDAY on #WWERaw @LoganPaul is back and has unfinished business with @KingRicochet!"
