AUSTIN, TEXAS: UFC analyst and podcast host Joe Rogan recently lauded UFC president Dana White for his work ethic. During a podcast show, Rogan revealed that he is close friends with White. Rogan joined UFC in 1997 and has been there to support White ever since he joined UFC as a president in 2001.
Rogan is well-liked by his fans. Although he is no longer obligated to work as a commentator as his podcast is making good money, Rogan's devotion to the UFC president is clear, as he has voiced a desire to work for him.
'He's an animal'
On episode 142 of 'The Joe Rogan Experience,' the popular podcaster discussed White's work ethic with former UFC welterweight champion Matt Serra, referring to him as an "animal."
Rogan stated, "He's an animal. He's just, like, always doing stuff. He's always involved, he's always got deals, he's always working on fights, he's always... he f**king loves this s**t. If he ever... it's in my contract that if he ever leaves, I leave. I'm like, 'I don't wanna do this for anybody else'."
The UFC would be unrecognizable to most fans if neither White nor Rogan were present. For decades, the duo has been a regular in the promotion. While Rogan is working fewer dates than he used to, the former Fear Factor presenter is still available for major PPV events.
'Dana White and Joe Rogan aren’t the same person'
White and Rogan appear to be the same person on social media, but common threads in their lives, such as active participation in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, baldness, and being in their forties, imply they're not.
Users on Twitter were perplexed by White and Rogan's identical appearances. "Just realised that @danawhite and @joerogan aren’t the same person. Baffled I’ve not processed it before," mocked one person.
One user wrote, "Idk why I thought Joe Rogan and Dana White were the same person."
Another user said, "My biggest conspiracy theory is Dana White and Joe Rogan are the same person. You cant tell me that’s 2 different people."
