Trailer Flowers girls Brooke and Jack Flowers sang 'Country Girl' by Luke Bryan. However, their singing was not found to be satisfying to Simon. Later, the Trailer Flowers girls sang their original song. And, there was some obvious change in the pitch noticed. Well, this was a good change and made the duo get yes from the judges.
Was Simon Cowell's interruption of Trailer Flowers' act planned?
Simon asked Trailer Flowers Girls, "What's the dream?" To which Brooke replied, "AGT has always been the dream." She went on to explain that it was her grandfather's dream that she was chasing. Brooke's grandfather died on Christmas Eve. Fans then showed compassion and shouted "aww" Brooke further lightened the mood by asking the audience not to "aww" at her. Afterward, the duo sang 'Country Girl' Simon did not seem very impressed with their performance. He then asked the duo to stop by waving his hand in the middle and asking, "Do you have a second song?" Jack replied, "Yes, we do." Then they changed the whole mood of the judges by singing their original song. This raised the question of why the jury chose Trailer Flowers, only to ask for a second song. Was the whole situation planned to create drama? Well, it certainly seemed that way.

When Simon asked for a second song by interrupting Trailer Flowers in the middle, one fan tweeted, "#AGT this feels like the singing the second song was planned and the producers told them to sing the other song first so Simon can stop them." Another wondered, "The second song always seems to be the better one. Not sure if that's nervousness or just planned that way." One viewer berated the show as a reality TV stunt TV, saying, "This performance is already meh, but doubly so because it's country. Gotta have some drama with that planned 2nd song (because of course it was, this is reality tv)"
Seeing the interruption a fan tweeted, "That second song was great. Why did they bother with the first song??? I really enjoyed the original. IF YOU HAVE A ORIGINAL SONG SING THE ORIGINAL SONG. Never forget that." Another wrote, "Lol the crowd's fake negative reaction was hilarious. Second song, she still sounds the same, still sounds mediocre. This show is a joke."
