BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Despite misogynist remarks, Andrew Tate aka the 'Top G' has managed to have a strong fan base, specifically amongst GenZ. Former kickboxer turned influencer will be appearing in yet another one-on-one interview, this time with author Candace Owens.
As 'Cobra' is unable to leave his house while he is under house arrest, he has been conducting interviews at his residence in Romania. His first interview with the BBC became viral, and the one with Tucker Carlson that came after it went on to garner the highest views ever.
Tate's upcoming interview
Andrew Tate's news handle on Twitter (@TateNews_) took to Twitter on July 27, to share the trailer of the interview. At the time of writing the clip had 145k views and around 3700 likes. In the trailer to the interview, with Candace Owens, Tate opens up saying he is about to "get started." The contentious footage of the former kickboxer belt-whipping a girl will come up during the interview as a topic of discussion. Tate stated his guilt for recording the video, despite the fact that the involved woman has subsequently come forward to say it was done consensually. He added that because he is now being investigated, he had to speak extremely carefully.
Earlier, after the release of the episode on July 11, a fan page of the controversial influencer claimed that Tate's interview with Carlson had amassed the maximum views, becoming the "most-watched" interview of all time.
